Return and Refund Policy
Unopened, Unused Products
You may return UNUSED and UNOPENED products within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your item was damaged during transit, claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please provide photos of the damaged shipping container and item to assist with processing your claim.
Free Shipping Sales
For orders with free shipping, the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Free domestic U.S. shipping is offered on orders over $200, up to a shipping cost of $14.95.
Open or Used Products
We do not accept returns for opened or used products. If you return a used product, a refund will not be issued.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us at overstockbeautyca@gmail.com before returning the item. We will provide you with return instructions, including the correct return address.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and the item must be received by us within 7 days of return approval.
- Carefully pack returned items to avoid damage. Overstock Beauty is not responsible for damage to returned items.
- We recommend using a trackable or insured delivery method, as credit cannot be issued without confirmed receipt of the returned item.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval or without contacting us will not be processed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as final sale and discontinued items, cannot be returned. Please reach out to us if you have questions about a specific item.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will include the product purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.
Please note that bank or credit card processing of the refunded amount may take 3–7 business days. Overstock Beauty has no control over processing times once the refund is issued.
