Start a Return
Checkout+ Return Coverage
For a small fee at checkout, you can add Checkout+ to your order. Checkout+ gives you a hassle-free return experience: if you return an eligible item, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Orders without Checkout+ are still eligible for returns under the standard terms below, including the restocking fee and return shipping at your own expense.
Package Protection+ (PP+)
Package Protection+ can be added to your order at checkout for a small fee. PP+ protects your order against loss, theft, and damage during transit. If your PP+ order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is stolen after delivery, simply file a claim through our returns portal and we'll fast-track a replacement or refund — no lengthy claims process required.
Unopened, Unused Products
You may return UNUSED and UNOPENED products within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that have been opened or used.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your order includes Package Protection+, damaged items are covered — file a claim through our returns portal for a fast-tracked replacement or refund.
For orders without PP+, claims for items damaged during transit must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please provide photos of the damaged shipping container and item to assist with processing your claim.
Free Shipping Sales
For orders with free shipping, the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Free domestic U.S. shipping is offered on orders over $200, up to a shipping cost of $14.95.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, visit our returns portal:
Simply log in with your order information and follow the instructions. You may also contact us at admin@overstock-beauty.com if you need assistance.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and the item must be received by us within 7 days of return approval.
- If you purchased Checkout+, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided through the returns portal.
- For returns without Checkout+, carefully pack returned items to avoid damage and use a trackable or insured delivery method, as credit cannot be issued without confirmed receipt of the returned item. Overstock Beauty is not responsible for damage to returned items.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval or outside the returns portal will not be processed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as final sale and discontinued items, cannot be returned. Please reach out to us if you have questions about a specific item.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will include the product purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee; the restocking fee is waived for orders with Checkout+.
Please note that bank or credit card processing of the refunded amount may take 3–7 business days. Overstock Beauty has no control over processing times once the refund is issued.
