Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once the carrier's tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, our responsibility for delivery ends. If you believe the tracking information is incorrect and your package has not been delivered, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Cancellations

Delayed Orders

Shipping provider delays are outside of our control and do not fall under the seller's liability. If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates on your package status.
