Matrix's U.S. professional hair-color manual instructs mixing SoColor Sync/Tonal Control acidic toners at a 1:1 ratio with Matrix 10 Volume (3%) Cream Developer. For a full 2 oz tube, that corresponds to 2 oz color + 2 oz developer.
