How to Use
Mix 1 part Matrix SoColor Ultra Blonde with 2 parts Matrix Cream Developer (1:2).
Use 30 Volume (9%) Developer for maximum neutralization or 40 Volume (12%) Developer for maximum lift. Apply to clean, dry hair, ensuring complete saturation with fine sections.
Process for the full 50 minutes at room temperature for maximum lift and neutralization. Rinse thoroughly, then cleanse and condition.
Matrix specifically advises not using the Ultra Lift series for refreshing mid-lengths and ends, toning pre-lightened/highlighted hair, removing artificial color, or lightening previously colored hair. Ultra Blonde shades should also not be intermixed with SoColor Blended, Reflect, or other Specialty collections.
