Step 2: No.3 Hair Perfector Without rinsing No.0, apply Olaplex No.3 Hair Perfector directly over the hair. Combing through to distribute evenly from mid-lengths to ends. Allow the combined treatment to remain on the hair for a minimum of 10 minutes (longer for heavily damaged hair). Rinse thoroughly, then follow with shampoo and conditioner.
