How to Use
For professional use only. Mix BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ with BLONDME Premium Developer at a ratio between 1:1.5 and 1:2.5, depending on the desired consistency.
For on-scalp applications, use 2% / 7 Volume or 6% / 20 Volume developer. For off-scalp applications, 9% / 30 Volume may be used. Apply to dry hair and process for approximately 20–45 minutes, visually monitoring development. Additional heat is not recommended.
