How to Use

For professional use only.

1. Mix Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Wella Welloxon Perfect Developer in a nonmetallic bowl at a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2.

2. For on-scalp applications, use 20 Volume (6%) developer or lower.

3. Apply evenly according to the desired professional lightening technique.

4. Monitor the hair throughout processing. Do not exceed 50 minutes. Do not use heat.

5. Once the desired lift is achieved, rinse thoroughly and shampoo.
